Coordinator of FYE's Student Support Program
Requires Master's Degree in Higher Education or related area with minimum of three years experience as mentor, special education, social work, or counseling. Collect and monitor data to meet objectives; plan, manage, and provide oversight of developing various service learning appropriate FYE programs mentoring, Summer Bridge Academy, First-year Orientation, and first year seminars and workshops; outreach, recruit, and coordinate instructional opportunities with students and faculty including program components, support needs, and materials for the purpose of delivering and creating effective delivery models and services. Salary: $48,000-$52,008 for 12-month full-time position with benefits. Position subject to grant funding availability.
Director, Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning
Requires advanced degree in educational leadership, curriculum development and instruction, or related field. Experience with providing a post-secondary academic support services program; extensive experience in providing faculty professional development; understanding of strategies to strengthen retention and completion; teaching experience preferred. Provide managerial and supervisory oversight of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning; provide support to faculty in the exploration and promotion of creativity, intellectual inquiry, and scholarship as integral components of the learning process; establish a college leadership program and first year instructor academy; explore and identify strategies to foster transformative learning; plan and deliver professional development opportunities for faculty and staff; and collaborate with other administrators in overall professional development initiatives. Salary: $48,000-$52,008 for 12-month full- time position with benefits. Funding for this position is contingent upon continued grant funding availability.
Administrative Assistant, Title III
Requires minimum Associate s Degree and 3 years prior administrative support experience and excellent communication and computer skills. Provide general clerical support to all Title III staff members which includes typing, filing, copying, answering telephones, taking messages, greeting visitors, organizing and scheduling meetings, transcribing meeting minutes, maintaining program and staff calendars, making travel arrangements, ordering materials and supplies, and representing the Title III program and staff in a professional manner. Salary: $32,004- $36,000 for 12-month full-time position with benefits. Position subject to grant funding availability.
