The Township of West Manheim is seeking an individual for a full-time position in our Public Works Department. The work shall include tree trimming, leaf pick up, general road maintenance duties, paving, snow and ice removal from township roads, grass cutting and trimming at municipally-owned property, repairs and maintenance to trucks and equipment, etc. Previous experience and a Class B CDL is a plus, but not required. Paving experience is preferred. The ability to lift 75 lbs. is required. This is a union-covered position with a scale hourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour. Higher pay rate is negotiable if applicant has a Class A or B CDL and/or extensive paving experience. Full medical, and dental benefits, pension, and paid time off.  A drug screen and a clean driving record are required.
