THA Group currently has the following open positions in either part-time or full-time availability: Home Health RN, Hospice RN, On-Call RN, Hospice Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
A THA RN serves as a professional member of the health care team to provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients under the oversight of a Care Manager. The RN is also responsible for assessing patient and family needs in order to promote clinical outcomes that are consistent with the established plan of care.
A THA Aide serves as a paraprofessional member of the team. The aide’s major responsibilities include the performance of personal care activities and related services in which the aide has been evaluated as competent, thus ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health and hospice aide services.
