Responsibilities
- Teachingworkloadin the Radiologic Sciences Programand/or in area(s) of expertise
- Scholarship workload in area(s) ofexpertise
- Service in theDepartment/College/University/Profession/Community service
- Prepare andmaintaincourse outlines andobjectives, instruct, and evaluate studentprogress
- Assistwith evaluating students' performance, in cooperation with other faculty, to integrate didactic and clinical learning experiences and to progress within thecurriculum
- Participate in the accreditation and assessmentprocess
- Participate in periodic review and revision of course material, program policies, andprocedures
- Support the program director to assure effective programoperations
- Assistthe clinical coordinatorwithdaily operations of clinical educationand assess students at their clinical rotation site.
- Maintain current knowledge of professionaldiscipline
- Maintainappropriate expertiseand competence through continuing professional development.
- Other duties as assigned
Master's degree in related discipline
ARRT certification and active registration in Radiography(required)
ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or other(preferred)
New York State Department of Health – Radiologic Technologist Licenseand Registration(required)
Minimum oftwo years' clinical experience in the professional discipline
Prior experience in a JRCERT accredited program ispreferred.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, theannual/hourlysalaryrangefor this position is $75,000-$85,000. St. John's University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
This position may be relocated to any of St. John's University's physical locations at any time.
