Instructor - Management

This permanent non-tenure track position is focused primarily on teaching across the foundational areas of business including management, health care management, economics, organizational behavior, operations management, finance, and decision support systems. This position will be in Portland, Oregon with some online courses required in load.

As part of their professional development, faculty will have the opportunity to advance the department’s student success initiatives as related to the Portland-Metro campus. These opportunities could include building student pipelines and pathways, improving student retention, building student communities, and establishing university-community partnerships in support of student projects and internship experiences. Faculty will be encouraged to engage in scholarly activities aligned with their professional goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience Evidence of prior teaching in higher education and/or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Education Ph.D. or terminal degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related discipline

Qualification Requirements:
Education Masters or terminal degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related discipline
