Position: Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

Inland Lakes Schools is looking for the following:

  • Basketball Coaching Experience is required preferably high school.
  • Coaching experience is required preferably high school coaching experience.
  • Knowledge of modern speed, agility and weight training programs.
  • The ability to engage athlete’s year-round.
  • The ability to differentiate instruction with a variety of strategies.
  • The knowledge and skill to provide feedback in a variety of ways to motivate student athletes.
  • The knowledge and ability to scaffold learning of basic fundamentals for grades 3-12 program.
  • The willingness and ability to become CPR/AED certified, attend CAP 1 MHSAA coaching course, and meet all other MHSAA coaching requirements.
