Hauling Solutions is looking for a Full-Time Office Manager 

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the waste
  • Trash business
  • Dumpster service
  • Compactor service
  • Strong email skills and navigate with different software tasks
  • Understand customer base and needs

Must have excellent computer skills:

  • Tech savvy
  • Microsoft office
  • Word
  • Excel
  • QuickBooks 

Duties Include:

  1. Great communication skills
  2. Must be able to schedule and route Drivers to different tasks.
  3. Must be able to dispatch work orders to different drivers efficiently and cost effectively.
  4. Must have great customer service and good personality.
  5. Must be patient with clients.
  6.  Can work well with others, co-workers. 
  7. Keep up with truck maintenance records and compliance.
  8. Must have the motivation, drive to grow the business and keep clients and co-workers happy. 

We offer paid holidays, paid vacation, salary varies depending on experience, 45k-65K.
