Events & Marketing Manager
ABOUT US
Fairfield County's Community Foundation (FCCF) partners with our community to create a county where every person has an equitable opportunity to thrive. It's an exciting time to join our team as we boldly work to dismantle inequitable and unjust systems and help build new, equitable, and just systems.
Close partnerships in our community will drive our work and challenge us to work differently. We will work with our community - including residents as well as public, private, and nonprofit partners - to build an understanding of disparities and the reasons they exist; create a shared affirmative vision of a fair, inclusive society; and build civic, cultural, economic, and political power by those most impacted by inequities and injustices.
Our work is guided by a commitment to six core values: equity, inclusivity, collaboration, humility, respect, and courage. FCCF's staff and board commit to embrace all aspects of our values and to celebrate them in the pursuit of our mission.
Fairfield County's Community Foundation works closely with community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and philanthropists to address challenges and identify opportunities to create a stronger, more vibrant community. Informed by three decades of partnering with and serving our community, we have awarded more than $390 million in grants to nonprofits in Fairfield County and beyond.
