Technology Construction Manager
Elon University is currently accepting applications for a Technology Construction Manager. This position is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of Technology projects on a wide variety of network services, it includes new construction, and campus renovations projects. Work with the university's construction department, architects, engineers, Deans, Director's and end-users to insure that design standards are met. Develop project scope of work documents and project plans to insure that critical dates are met and budgets are not exceeded. Effectively communicate with contractors and project team members to track progress, identify roadblocks, monitor design standards and manage the budget, to insure that projects are completed on time and on budget. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a Project Management Certification (PMP) or related discipline plus 5 years of Network/Telecommunications project management. Five years' experience in networking/telecommunications and network cabling installation is required. Position will remain open until filled.
