- At least two years of office experience and in-depth knowledge of office procedures, with some degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn new programs and applications with training and/or on-line tutorials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents.
- High accuracy and attention to detail; strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.

Description
1.Administrative Support
- Coordinates a variety of academic and administrative support functions; handles invoice reconciliation (copyrights, faculty accounts/subscriptions, etc.) and travel reimbursements; and tracks course related costs (guest speakers, printing, copyright materials, etc.);
- Facilitates administrative processes for teaching assistant and research assistant hiring; assists in onboarding activities for new academic appointments;
- Assists academic coordinators as necessary with behind-the-scenes classroom logistics (including, but not limited to: review of course details in LMS, AV tech checks in the classroom, and handout compilation and delivery);
- Completes any other tasks and assignments associated with assisting in academic operations.

- Serves as a point of contact representing academic operations for internal and external constituencies; prepares and distributes department documentation related to procedures.

- Establishes and maintains department files and databases (e.g. Tuck cases database and website; policy, process and training documentation; and other department information) to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

- Coordinates recurring department activities; coordinates schedules and itineraries; supports Scribe Program Manager with scheduling and onboarding; and assists academic operations staff as needed.
