Outpatient Family Practice Position

Seeking Primary Care Physician to build relationships and care for the community and its families in this mid-size Southern Colorado University Town.

This position will join a comprehensive team of professionals that provide exceptional patient care for those in need.

The system has 12 sites which, together, provide medical, dental and behavioral health and two on-site pharmacies and labs.

Applicant must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy;

Applicant must be board eligible (completed residency) or board certified (passed all requirements or exams), by the appropriate board recognized by the American Medical Association, in one of the following specialty areas :

• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
