Under the supervision of the Nursing Lab Manager and Nursing Program Director, the Nursing Lab Clinical Associate, Tier I is responsible to assist students while practicing previously learned nursing skills. They are also responsible for tracking student progress and keeping records in the Nursing Practice and Simulation Labs. They assist in the set up and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the learning environment to include inventory of necessary supplies.

- Registered Nurse with current licensure.
- Associates Degree in Nursing.
- 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Academic simulation lab experience preferred.
- Oversee students practicing basic skills required for clinical nursing practice.
- Collaborate with nursing faculty members to validate student progress.
- Set up the learning environment with the appropriate supplies and equipment for practice labs, course lab classes, and simulations.
- Assist with maintenance of equipment necessary for labs and simulations.
- Inventory lab supplies and equipment, as necessary.
