At Carter Psychology Center, our clinical and administrative staff work together to provide the highest quality, efficient, and effective care to individuals of all ages. Carter Psychology Center offers general therapeutic and diagnostic services including treatment for: mood and behavior disorders, relationship breakdown, substance abuse, cognitive and academic problems, and general life adjustment challenges. Our special programs include extensive care in the following areas: Pediatric Psychology, Eating Disorders & Weight Management, Forensic Evaluation & Consultation, Neuropsychology, Health Psychology, and Education Assessment & Intervention. Opportunities for training and supervision in specialty services are available.
Our well established, thriving, technologically-advanced outpatient practice located in beautiful, sunny Bradenton, Florida is adding the following positions:
- General Practice (Adult)
- Pediatric Practice (Child/Adolescent)
- Forensic Psychologist with emphasis in family law
- Post-doctoral residency training also available for this position
- Eating Disorders specialist and
- Neuropsychologist (ABPP-CN eligible)
Carter Psychology Center offers a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with friends and colleagues who have excellent training and years of expertise providing empirically-based interventions. Working within the context of a multi-disciplinary team, the Licensed Psychologist provides psychotherapy and diagnostic services including EHR documentation, report preparation, discharge planning, coordination of care with other healthcare providers, and consultation with family and other involved individuals as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist (must hold a FL license as a Psychologist or be license-eligible)
- Ability to become credentialed with insurers required (must meet attestation requirements)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
