Industrial Maintenance Technology Instructor

The Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School (BAVTS) is seeking a motivated person with a strong background in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLCs and understanding of automated manufacturing systems.  Must have a minimum of four years industry related work experience. This full time position starts in August for the 2024-2025 school year.  No teaching experience required, but must have the ability to obtain teacher certifications as required. Valid PA Vocational I or II certifications preferred. Salary range $56,744.26 - $89,105.13 (2023-24 rates).  Salary based on certifications & years of experience in the trade. 

State clearances, including PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child History Clearances, and Federal Criminal History Record will be required prior to hire.  We support an inclusive workplace and value diversity.
