Maintenance Technician
B’nai B’rith House is now hiring a Skilled Maintenance Technician for our Claymont, DE location.
Job Duties:
- Complete maintenance work orders as assigned.
- Complete orders efficiently and courteously manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, that arise including but not limited to the exterior, HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical issues.
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS:
- Full time position
- Must be available for on call service and be able to respond 30 minutes or less
- Must have a good history of job performance
- Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in multifamily maintenance.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license BENEFITS
